This book really gets you thinking deep into what you believe and feel. I have definitely learned a lot of myself that is good and not so good. Cried at times but realized sometimes that is the best release of emotion instead of bottling it. Really recommend this to anyone who is having any self-doubt, feeling lost, or just need some insight in your life.

I buy this book for nearly everyone I know. its helped me learn to not only love myself but find the root causes of why I act or treat myself the way that I do. I would give this book a 100 stars if I could.
I've used this book in the Prison system, the inmates loved it and my students after teaching for over 10 years had the lowestrecidivism rates, 94% stayed out side to live productive lives!!! Those who returned were for a parole violation!!!
I got this book to go deeper on what was presented in Louise Hay's You Can Heal Your Life. It did just that way past what I had hoped. There are brief informative descriptions at the beginning of each chapter. The exercises helped uncover blind spots and specific affirmations were given for a wide variety of situations. While I finished the book weeks ago, I keep it handy as a recourse and use it frequently.
The book cover is so beautiful that I use it as a decor on my working desk.All exercises are right to the point. I cherish them all to my heart as my personal guide to a better life.
I read this whenever I need a pick-me-up. Such great information and a good point of reference to come back to again and again.
Extremely wonderful book, I lost my original copy, and need to replace immediately. I love Louise, her thinking, her years of experience speak volumes about our health and so forth. I would like you to read for yourself and learn the ways in which she presents her knowledge.
